Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on a wide range of HVAC systems, including heating, cooling, ventilation, and refrigeration equipment.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot system malfunctions, ensuring accurate identification of issues and effective solutions.
- Install, modify, and upgrade HVAC systems according to specifications and relevant codes.
- Collaborate with team members to optimize service schedules and efficiently respond to customer requests.
- Communicate with customers in a courteous and professional manner, explaining repair options and providing accurate estimates.
- Maintain detailed records of service and repairs, including all relevant measurements, readings, and parts used.
- Stay up-to-date with industry advancements and continuously develop your technical skills through ongoing training and education.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an HVAC Service Technician or in a similar role.
- Extensive knowledge of HVAC systems, their components, and their operation.
- Excellent diagnostic and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with customers and team members.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
- EPA certification preferred.
