Job Description: HVAC Service Technician
Charleston Heating and Air is a leading HVAC service company in North Charleston, South Carolina. We pride ourselves on providing excellent customer service and top-notch technical expertise to our clients. We are currently seeking an experienced HVAC Service Technician to join our team.
As an HVAC Service Technician, you will be responsible for performing a variety of duties related to HVAC systems. You will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining various HVAC systems, including air conditioning units and furnaces. Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate records of work performed and ensuring client satisfaction.
The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years' experience working as an HVAC Service Technician and have a strong understanding of HVAC systems. Additionally, he/she must have a clean driving record, excellent communication skills, and be able to work independently.
Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and repair HVAC systems, including air conditioning units and furnaces
- Perform routine maintenance on HVAC systems
- Ensure client satisfaction by providing excellent customer service
- Maintain accurate records of work performed
- Adhere to safety procedures and protocols
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 2 years' experience working as an HVAC Service Technician
- Strong understanding of HVAC systems
- Clean driving record
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently
- EPA 608 certification preferred
