Woodland Hill Center, a leading healthcare facility in Asheboro, NC, is seeking a dedicated and experienced Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team. As an LPN at our center, you will play a key role in providing essential healthcare services to our residents.

Job Responsibilities:

- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the physician

- Monitor and report any changes in resident's condition to the nursing supervisor

- Assist in the development and implementation of care plans

- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary healthcare team to ensure the highest level of care for residents

- Support residents with activities of daily living

- Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of resident care

- Adhere to all nursing standards and regulations

Qualifications:

-Current and valid LPN license in the state of North Carolina

- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification

- Previous experience in long-term care or geriatric nursing is preferred

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work effectively as part of a team

- Excellent organizational and time management skills
