Nursing Home Administrator
Life Care Centers of America is seeking a Nursing Home Administrator to provide leadership and direction for overall facility operations, ensuring quality patient care in accordance with all laws, regulations, and Life Care standards.
Location: Lagrange, IN
Responsibilities:
- Oversee key areas including patient care, operations, and healthcare facility management
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
- Hire, train, and manage staff to ensure efficient and effective operations
- Collaborate with medical professionals, staff, and families to develop individual care plans for patients
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of staff and take corrective actions as needed
- Promote a positive work environment and maintain positive relationships with patients and their families
- Manage budgets and financial performance of the facility
- Ensure the facility is clean, safe, and in compliance with all applicable regulations
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration or related field
- Valid Nursing Home Administrator license
- Proven leadership experience in a healthcare facility
- Knowledge of state and federal regulations related to nursing home operations
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
