Event Staffing/Labor Looking for Professional Event Labor Team We have 4 upcoming events and need 2-4 people per event to assist with setup, flip, and takedown. The events are set in high-end wedding venues and require careful handling of gold Chiavari chairs and other event setup tasks as needed. Event Details: Event 1: Date: November 2, 2024 Location: Shaw Center, Baton Rouge, Louisiana Schedule: Setup: 12:00 PM - 4:00 PM Flip: 4:30 PM - 5:00 PM Takedown: 8:30 PM - 9:30 PM Event 2: Date: November 3, 2024 Location: Riverview Room, New Orleans, Louisiana Schedule: Setup: 2:30 PM - 5:00 PM Break down: 10:30 PM - 11:30 PM Event 3: Date: November 30, 2024 Location: City Club at River Ranch, Lafayette, Louisiana Schedule: Setup: 9:00 AM - 3:30 PM Break down: 9:00 PM - 10:00 PM Event 4: Date: December 1, 2024 Location: NOMA, New Orleans, Louisiana Schedule: Setup: 3:00 PM - 5:30 PM Flip: 6:30 PM - 7:20 PM Break down: 10:00 PM - 11:00 PM Job Requirements: Attire: Black pants, black shirt, black sneakers Ability to move and set up gold Chiavari chairs and other event materials Professional demeanor and careful handling of all event items Pay Rate: $15 per hour If interested, please contact us with your availability and mention which event(s) you can work.
