Responsibilities:
- Install and align HVAC systems, including air conditioning units, heat pumps, furnaces, ducts, and related components in accordance with company standards and specifications.
- Conduct thorough inspections, tests, and verifications to ensure proper system operation and compliance with safety regulations.
- Collaborate with fellow team members and project managers to execute installation projects efficiently, meeting strict deadlines.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing and resolving any technical issues or concerns on-site.
- Maintain accurate documentation of completed installations, including any modifications or troubleshooting undertaken during the process.
- Familiarize customers with the newly installed HVAC system and its features, providing instructions on how to operate and maintain it for optimal performance.
- Adhere strictly to all safety protocols and guidelines to promote a safe work environment.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; completion of an HVAC certification or apprenticeship program is preferred.
- Proven experience as an HVAC Installer, with a sound understanding of industry practices and technical knowledge of HVAC systems.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively interact with customers and co-workers.
- Physical stamina and agility to perform manual labor, climb ladders, and lift heavy equipment as required.
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as necessary.
