Pine Run Retirement Community in Doylestown, PA is seeking a Full-time Day shift RN (7am-3pm) to join our team. Responsibilities:

• Assume responsibility and accountability for assigned team of residents
• Provide direct supervision and oversight of C.N.A staff
• Assess, plan, implement, and reassess nursing care according to Pine Run Policies and Procedures and the Nurse Practice Act
• Ensure quality in the delivery of resident care
• Monitor and supervise nursing staff
• Make daily resident rounds to assess physical and emotional status
• Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely per physician orders
• Provide phlebotomy services and ensure proper maintenance of intravenous lines
• Collaborate with hospice services as appropriate
• Complete required documentation accurately and in a timely manner
• Prepare residents for discharge by supporting the plan and providing necessary education, training, and documentation
• Monitor meal and fluid intake and address nutritional problems
• Provide direct oversight and supervision of C.N.A staff

Requirements:

• RN License required
• Availability for Day shift
• Reliable transportation to get to work when scheduled
