Job Description
Wesley Enhanced Living at Stapeley is currently seeking a dedicated and compassionate Nurse Supervisor (RN) to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the nursing staff, ensuring quality care is provided to our residents.
As a Nurse Supervisor (RN), your responsibilities will include:
- Supervising the day-to-day operations of the nursing staff
- Ensuring compliance with all policies, procedures, and regulations
- Providing clinical guidance and support to the nursing team
- Assessing and addressing the needs of residents and their families
- Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement care plans
- Conducting regular performance evaluations and providing feedback to staff
- Participating in staff recruitment, training, and development
Qualifications
The ideal candidate for this position should meet the following requirements:
- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Pennsylvania
- Minimum of 5 years of nursing experience, with at least 3 years in a supervisory or leadership role
- Strong knowledge of nursing practices, regulations, and standards
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask, problem-solve, and make sound decisions
- Proficiency in electronic medical records systems
