Woodland Hill Center, a skilled nursing facility located at 400 Vision Drive in Asheboro, NC, is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our dedicated team. As a CNA, you will work alongside a Licensed/Registered Nurse to provide exceptional care and support to our patients/residents. This is a full-time position with various shifts available.

Responsibilities:


  • Assist patients/residents with their activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting
  • Monitor and report any changes in patients'/residents' health status to the Nurse
  • Ensure patients'/residents' safety and well-being at all times
  • Promote a positive and supportive environment for patients/residents and their families

Requirements:


  • Successful completion of a state-approved CNA program and current certification
  • High school education or high school equivalency diploma preferred
