Job Description: HVAC Installer at Casey Heating & Air Conditioning
At Casey Heating & Air Conditioning, we provide top-notch HVAC services to homeowners and businesses in Carver, Massachusetts, and we are looking for an experienced HVAC Installer to join our team.
As an HVAC Installer, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems. You will work with a variety of HVAC equipment and use technical knowledge to ensure that all installations are up to code and meet our high standards of quality.
Responsibilities:
- Install HVAC systems, including ductwork, air handlers, thermostats, and other components
- Repair and maintain HVAC systems, including diagnosing and troubleshooting issues
- Test systems to ensure proper operation and efficiency
- Provide excellent customer service and communication throughout the installation process
- Follow safety guidelines and procedures at all times
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Continuously learn and improve technical skills through training and development opportunities
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as an HVAC Installer
- Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints and diagrams
- Strong technical skills and knowledge of HVAC equipment
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- High school diploma or equivalent, and relevant certifications or licenses preferred
