Job Description

Mount Olivet Careview Home is currently seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team. As an LPN, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality care and support to our residents. Responsibilities

- Administer medications and treatments to residents as prescribed by physicians
- Monitor resident health and record vital signs
- Assist in the development and implementation of resident care plans
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure the best possible care for residents
- Provide emotional support and actively engage with residents
- Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of resident care
- Adhere to all safety and infection control protocols
- Assist with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Respond to emergency situations and provide immediate care as needed

Qualifications

- Valid LPN license in the state of Minnesota
- Graduation from an accredited practical nursing program
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Knowledge of medical terminology and procedures
