As our HVAC Service Technician, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service by diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining various HVAC systems. You will work independently or in teams to ensure our clients' comfort by keeping their HVAC equipment running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:
-Performing maintenance and repairs on HVAC systems including heating, cooling, and ventilation
-Installing and replacing HVAC equipment as needed
-Diagnosing and troubleshooting HVAC system issues
-Providing accurate and timely documentation of all work performed
-Providing exceptional customer service by communication effectively with clients and ensuring their HVAC systems are operating safely and efficiently
-Working independently or in a team environment to ensure client needs are met in a timely and professional manner
-Participating in on-call rotations as needed
Qualifications:
-At least 2 years of HVAC experience
-Knowledge of HVAC systems, components, and controls
-Ability to read and interpret wiring diagrams and blueprints
-Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
-Excellent communication and customer service skills
-Ability to work independently and in team environments
-Ability to lift and move equipment weighing up to 50 pounds
-Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
