We are currently seeking a dedicated and compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Provide personalized care and assistance to residents in activities of daily living.
- Assure the comfort, dignity, and overall well-being of each resident.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to implement resident care plans.
- Monitor and report any changes in residents' physical or mental condition.
- Assist with medication management and administration as directed.
- Help residents engage in social and recreational activities for their enjoyment and stimulation.
- Maintain accurate and current documentation in resident records.
Qualifications:
- Valid state certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA).
- Demonstrated knowledge of basic nursing principles and techniques.
- Ability to communicate effectively and empathetically with residents, families, and staff.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a positive attitude.
- Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and occasional overtime as needed.
