Job Description:
We are seeking dedicated and compassionate Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our team at Autumn Care of Raeford. As a CNA, you will provide routine daily nursing care and services to assigned residents in accordance with their assessment and care plan, as well as the direction of your supervisors. Your responsibilities will include assisting with activities of daily living, monitoring vital signs, and maintaining a safe and clean environment for residents.
Qualifications and Responsibilities:
- Must be a certified and/or state-tested Nursing Assistant in accordance with state laws
- Knowledgeable of nursing and medical practices, procedures, and regulations related to long-term care
- Provide individualized care and attention to each assigned resident
Shifts and Wages:
We have full-time and part-time opportunities available for CNAs at Autumn Care of Raeford. All shifts are needed, and we offer competitive wages ranging from $17 to $20 per hour. In addition, we provide a sign-on bonus of $2,000 for both full-time and part-time positions. The bonus will be paid out in installments beginning after 90 days of employment.
