Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in planning and implementing recreational and social activities for residents
- Encourage and support residents' involvement in activities
- Engage with residents to create a positive and supportive environment
- Help maintain activity supplies and equipment
- Collaborate with the activities director and other team members
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience working with seniors or in a similar role preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well within a team
- Flexible schedule, including some evenings and weekends
