Job Description: HVAC Service Technician
At Dulin Mechanical, we deliver high-quality HVAC services to our clients. We are currently seeking a skilled HVAC Service Technician to join our team in Concord, North Carolina. You will be working with a team of experienced professionals who are committed to delivering excellent customer service and quality workmanship.
As an HVAC Service Technician, you will be responsible for performing routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair tasks on various heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems. You will work on commercial and residential properties, so you should be comfortable interacting with clients and delivering excellent customer service. You will also be responsible for identifying any potential issues and proposing practical and effective solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct routine maintenance on HVAC systems, including cleaning filters, checking electrical connections, and adjusting thermostats
- Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC issues and make appropriate repairs
- Install new HVAC systems or repair existing ones
- Work with clients to identify their HVAC needs and recommend suitable solutions
- Keep accurate records of work performed and materials used
- Adhere to safety procedures and guidelines at all times
- Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor when interacting with clients
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an HVAC Service Technician
- Must have a valid driver's license and be able to travel to various job sites
- Must be able to work independently as well as part of a team
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
- High attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to lift heavy objects and work in confined spaces
