Corporate Paralegal for Sports & Entertainment Media Agency!

Description ROBERT HALF LEGAL has partnered with the world's leading sports & entertainment media agency in their search for a Coordinator, Corporate and M& A. This is a great opportunity to go in-house with a company who represents many of the most influential creators, performers, athletes, and brands from around the world. This role will support the Office of the Chief Legal Officer in various legal procedures that include drafting agreements, conducting legal research, and supporting special projects. Responsibilities: Conduct legal research and analysis related to corporate law Draft, format, redline, and edit highly confidential agreements and correspondence Communicate with executives regarding highly confidential agreements Assist with entity formations worldwide Support equity issuances, cap table updates, and equity redemptions Create and implement legal procedures and processes as needed Utilize electronic signature and calendaring applications to ensure documents are executed, distributed, and renewed Organize a large volume of electronic files, ensuring all relevant documents are quickly accessible Requirements Requirements: Excellent Communication skills Knowledge of Mergers & Acquisitions (M& A) and Corporate Paralegal work Law firm experience a plus Ability to Draft Agreements and perform Redlining Experience in Entity Formation Proficiency in Microsoft Office SharePoint Server, Microsoft Outlook, and Microsoft Excel Must pass a thorough background check This is a contract-to-hire opportunity. This role is on-site Mon-Thurs in the Century City office, with Fridays at home. Must be able to reliably commute to the company's location. Local candidates only.
