This is a placement contract between you and the employer. If the employer hires a candidate you submit, you'll be paid the contract amount.

The payments begin when the candidate starts and are disbursed over time. The contract terms are:

Market price: $3,500 USDEst.

FUNCTION

The Field Support Specialist provides support to the Sales Representative by performing backoffice and customer support both "in the office" and some "in the field" activities. The incumbent is involved in projects under the location manager's and Sales Representative's direction. Serves as point of contact for triaging project questions.


KEY ACTIVITIES

  • Visualizes, fulfills, and implements the company's vision and core values.
  • Provides both back-office and some "in the field" support activities for Sales Representatives by processing customer orders, tracking and reporting key data, and maintaining account records, etc.
  • Must be committed to developing new sales leads
  • Engages and supports project bids from beginning to end by conducting research, collecting data, estimating, and interfacing with key internal partners.
  • Contacts customers and prospects to arrange appointments, answer questions, or to update them regarding the status of an order or a delivery.
  • Communicates customer needs/concerns to Sales Rep, informing him/her of any problems or issues that may affect customer relations.
  • Enters order details in Biztrack and confirms that price, discount level, and product requirements are correct.
  • Tracks and communicates stock availability and production schedules to Sales Rep and relevant internal partners.
  • Accurately maintains customer records, insuring that customer, prospect, and account information is correct.
  • Prepares and maintains accurate sales, activity, and expense reports.
  • Monitors customer job progress.
  • Performs credit collection on past due accounts for assigned customers.
  • Maintains effective relationships with team members that have contact with customers.
  • Assists field labor and performs other tasks as needed.
  • Adheres to all safety protocols and Company policies and procedures.
  • Performs any other duties, responsibilities, or tasks as assigned.

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS

  • Exceptional interpersonal, problem-solving, and technical skills.
  • Ability to review and analyze detailed information.
  • Robust information and task management skills.
  • Detailed knowledge of Sunpro's products, processes, and relevant production capabilities.
  • Exceptional communication and customer service skills.
  • Strong attention to detail.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE

High School Diploma or GED preferred.
College education is an advantage
1-2 years of experience as a Field Support Specialist or in a similar complex role in sales, construction, or a related field


PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

Physical Work Requirements - Medium: exerting up to 15 lbs of force regularly.
Repetitive motion associated with operating a computer and other office equipment.
