Job Description: HVAC Installer

In this position, you'll be responsible for installing heating and air conditioning systems for residential and commercial customers. You'll work closely with our sales team to ensure customer expectations are met or exceeded, and that all installations are completed in a timely and efficient manner.
Some of your primary responsibilities will include:
- Installing HVAC systems, including ductwork, refrigerant lines, and electrical connections
- Ensuring that all installations are completed accurately and in accordance with manufacturer specifications and local codes.
- Working with our sales team to provide our customers with recommendations and options for their HVAC needs.
- Identifying potential upgrades or add-ons that could benefit our customers.
- Conducting routine maintenance on HVAC systems as needed.
- Ensuring that all work areas are cleaned up after installation is complete.
To be successful in this role, you should be familiar with HVAC systems and have experience installing ductwork, refrigerant lines, and electrical connections. You should also have excellent customer service skills, be able to work independently and as part of a team, and be comfortable working in a variety of environments.
