Job Description: HVAC Installer
As the HVAC Installer of TRS Heating & Air Conditioning, you will have the opportunity to join a team of professionals who are committed to delivering quality services to customers. You will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing HVAC systems, including air conditioning, heating, ventilation, and refrigeration equipment.
In this role, we need you to have excellent technical skills, attention to detail, and a passion for customer service. You will also be required to work in a fast-paced environment and show a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies, tools, and techniques.
Responsibilities:
- Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems in compliance with industry standards and regulations
- Follow safety procedures and guidelines while working on equipment and tools
- Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with HVAC systems, including electrical, mechanical, and refrigeration components
- Ensure that all services are completed within the given deadlines and budget constraints
- Interact with customers professionally and provide them with accurate information and solutions
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lift and move heavy equipment and tools
- HVAC certification or license is a plus
