As an HVAC Service Technician, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service with a focus on troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining our clients' HVAC systems. You will also be conducting performance tests, analyzing system problems, and recommending solutions to improve overall system performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC system problems
- Repair and maintain all types of HVAC systems
- Conduct system performance tests
- Analyze problems and recommend solutions to clients
- Provide excellent customer service to all clients
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repairs
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines at all times
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Completion of an HVAC program or apprenticeship
- 2-3 years of experience as an HVAC Service Technician
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
