Job Description: HVAC Installer at True North Heating, Cooling & Electric
We are seeking a skilled and experienced HVAC Installer to join our team at True North Heating, Cooling & Electric. As an HVAC Installer, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems in residential and commercial properties in the Newark, Ohio area.
Responsibilities:
• Install, repair, and maintain HVAC systems including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, ductwork, and related components.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC system problems to identify causes and implement solutions.
• Perform routine maintenance on HVAC systems to ensure efficient and reliable operation.
• Interpret blueprints and installation manuals to ensure proper installation and operation of HVAC systems.
• Communicate with customers regarding HVAC system installation and repair processes, as well as provide recommendations for optimal performance.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations while on job sites.
Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 3+ years of experience in HVAC installation, repair, and maintenance.
• Ability to read blueprints and installation manuals.
• Strong mechanical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
