We are a leading provider of heating and cooling solutions in Oak Ridge, Tennessee, and we have an immediate opening for a highly skilled HVAC Installer to join our team. As an HVAC Installer, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems in residential and commercial buildings.

Responsibilities:

• Conducting site surveys and recommending appropriate HVAC systems to clients.
• Installing HVAC systems, including ductwork, refrigeration lines, and electrical wiring.
• Performing regular maintenance on HVAC systems, including cleaning, lubrication, and component replacement.
• Diagnosing and repairing HVAC system failures.
• Providing high-quality customer service to clients before, during, and after installation.
• Completing all necessary documentation and reporting accurately and on time.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an HVAC Installer or similar role.
• In-depth knowledge of HVAC systems, including installation, troubleshooting, and repair.
• Certificate or diploma in HVAC or a related field.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical instructions.
• Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
