Job Description: HVAC Service Technician

As an HVAC Service Technician, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and providing maintenance services for HVAC systems, including air conditioning, ventilation, and heating.
Responsibilities:
- Diagnose HVAC systems issues and provide accurate repair recommendations
- Conduct maintenance services for HVAC systems as scheduled
- Perform installations and replacements of HVAC systems parts, components, and units
- Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues related to HVAC systems
- Provide excellent customer service during all service calls and interactions
- Keep up-to-date with all technical and safety procedures, regulations, and standards
- Communicate effectively with management, peers, and customers, including presenting recommendations and solutions.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; certificate or degree in HVAC or related field preferred
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as an HVAC technician
- Knowledgeable of HVAC systems and components, and the ability to diagnose and troubleshoot issues
- Good physical condition, manual dexterity for using hand and power tools
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
