About the Position

As a Senior Living Sales representative at The Meadows, you will play a vital role in promoting and selling our community to prospective residents and their families. You will have the opportunity to showcase the exceptional living experience we offer and assist individuals in making informed decisions about their future living arrangements.


Your Responsibilities

- Build and develop relationships with potential residents and their families
- Conduct tours of the community to showcase amenities, services, and living options
- Identify and understand the needs and preferences of prospective residents
- Provide personalized guidance and support throughout the decision-making process
- Participate in marketing and outreach initiatives to generate leads and promote The Meadows
- Collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets and occupancy goals
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of all sales activities
- Stay informed about the senior living industry, market trends, and competition
- Attend networking events and conferences to expand professional connections and enhance knowledge


Qualifications

- Previous sales experience, preferably in the senior living or related industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to relate to and connect with seniors and their families
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented
- Knowledge of CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (preferred)
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
