Job Responsibilities


As a Certified Nursing Assistant/Resident Care Staff/UMA at United Living Community, you will have the following responsibilities:


  • Assisting residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, toileting, and grooming.
  • Monitoring and reporting changes in residents' health or behavior to the nursing staff.
  • Providing emotional support and companionship to residents.
  • Assisting in the coordination of resident activities and promoting socialization.
  • Ensuring the safety and well-being of residents at all times.

Qualifications


The ideal candidate for this position will possess the following qualifications:


  • Current certification as a Nursing Assistant (CNA) or completion of a state-approved training program.
  • Experience in a long-term care or similar setting is preferred but not required.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to maintain professional and compassionate demeanor in challenging situations.
