Compensation Overview

The annual base salary range provided for this position is a nationwide market range and represents a broad range of salaries for this role across the country. The actual salary for this position will be determined by a number of factors, including the scope, complexity and location of the role; the skills, education, training, credentials and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment. As part of our comprehensive compensation and benefits program, employees are also eligible for performance-based cash incentive awards.

Salary Range

$46,600.00 - $77,000.00

What Is the Opportunity?

Schedules and coordinates all aspects of learning/ development programs and activities (workshops, instructors, rooms, event, and programs). Reports on outcomes of learning programs. Acts as the primary administrator of learning systems. This role does not manage others.

What Will You Do?

  • Acts as the learning system administrator and subject matter expert/consultant for setups.

  • Coordinates assembly and production of instruction material. Orders and maintain supplies, equipment and/or services to support training classes.

  • Works collaboratively with management to assess training needs and demands.

  • Extracts learning data and reports on learning outcomes; compiles and prepares usage reports for management review. Evaluates/analyzes data and communicates results.

  • Provides subject matter consultative support for training programs in regards to the technical system set-up to maximize user experience while simultaneously capturing learning data at maximum efficiency on the back-end.

  • Communicates space reservations within the learning facility that meet facilitator and learner needs. Takes ownership of shared Outlook mailbox, communicating timely to learner enrollment requests

  • Administers all aspects of invoice processing and charge-back to business unit.

  • Responsible for expense management and travel logistics and approves ARIBA and travel-related expenses. Communicates travel details to Travelersu2019 travel vendor, Carlson Wagonlit Travel (CWT), and secures hotel space for upcoming training classes.

  • Interacts with clients on various training/ Organization Design issues.

  • Perform other duties as assigned.

What Will Our Ideal Candidate Have?

  • College degree or equivalent work experience preferred.

  • Typically 1 u2013 3 years professional experience.

  • Knowledge of supplies, equipment, and/or services ordering and inventory control.

  • Knowledge of learning management systems, desktop software, and A/V equipment used in the unit.

  • Ability to gather data, compile information, and prepare reports.

  • Organizational skills.

  • Knowledge of planning and scheduling techniques.

  • Ability to develop training aids/instructional materials.

  • Ability to use the accounts payable system and processes

What is a Must Have?

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
