Contract overview

This is a placement contract between you and the employer. If the employer hires a candidate you submit, you'll be paid the contract amount.

The payments begin when the candidate starts and are disbursed over time. The contract terms are:

Market price: $4,600 USDEst.

Payment schedule: Paid monthly over 6 months

Experience: Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)

Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office
  • Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office
  • Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls
  • Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material (e.g. pens, forms and brochures)
  • Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email
  • Receive, sort and distribute daily mail/deliveries
  • Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk (monitor logbook, issue visitor badges)
  • Order front office supplies and keep inventory of stock
  • Update calendars and schedule meetings
  • Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative or similar role
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Facebook & Instagram
  • Hands-on experience with office equipment (computers, printers, Bluetooth technology)
  • Professional attitude and appearance
  • Solid written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and self-lead
  • Customer service attitude
  • High school degree
  • Be able to work on all social media platforms, content creating is required
  • Take pictures of product, spread products and try on clothes for pictures (if you're comfortable)
  • DOG FRIENDLY - We have a therapy dog and he's certainly sweet to everyone
