Job Description

We are currently seeking a Full-time LPN to join our team at Grand Arbor, our premier senior living community. As an LPN, you will play a vital role in providing quality care and enhancing the well-being of our residents.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Administering medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
• Monitoring and recording vital signs
• Assisting with activities of daily living
• Documenting residents' conditions and progress
• Collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement care plans
• Ensuring the safety and comfort of residents

Qualifications:

• Valid LPN license in the state of Minnesota
• Previous experience in a senior living or healthcare setting is preferred
• Strong knowledge of nursing principles and practices
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment
