Position Overview
We are currently seeking a skilled and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our team. As a Registered Nurse at Century Villa Health Care, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care and ensuring the overall well-being of our residents. You will have the opportunity to work alongside a team of experienced healthcare professionals and make a positive impact on the lives of our residents.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and assisting with daily activities
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to create personalized care plans
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for assigned patients
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and team members
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
- Adhere to all relevant healthcare regulations, standards, and protocols
Qualifications
- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Proven experience as a Registered Nurse, preferably in a healthcare or long-term care setting
- Strong knowledge of nursing principles, practices, and techniques
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Compassionate and empathetic attitude
- Proficient computer skills
- CPR certification is required
