HVAC Service Technician

Job Description:
As an HVAC Service Technician at Arizona Comfort Systems, you will play a critical role in keeping our clients cool and comfortable. Your ultimate goal is to help the company ensure reliable, energy-efficient operation of HVAC systems. You will perform routine and emergency maintenance on a variety of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems, including commercial and residential units.

Key Responsibilities:
• Repair or replace defective equipment and components
• Diagnose system problems
• Communicate with clients to explain the issues and provide solutions
• Provide quotes on new systems, repairs, or upgrades
• Install new or replacement equipment
• Work on HVAC systems, including chillers, boilers, vents, and air conditioning units
• Maintain records and documentation of service calls, completed work, and materials used
• Adhere to safety protocols throughout service calls
• Abide by all local codes and inspection processes
• Work in a team setting to ensure client satisfaction and prompt service
• Perform other duties as required or assigned by supervisors

Requirements:
• High School Diploma or GED
• Completed HVAC training program or equivalent experience
• EPA Universal Technician Certification
• Knowledge of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems
• Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with clients and coworkers
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
