The payments begin when the candidate starts and are disbursed over time. The contract terms are:
Market price: $7,000 USDEst.
Payment schedule: Paid monthly over 3 months
Nerthlings Heating and Air Conditioning, a leader in the heating and cooling industry, is currently seeking a talented HVAC Service Technician to join our team in Erie, Pennsylvania.
In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers by maintaining and repairing residential and commercial HVAC systems. This will include conducting diagnostic tests, identifying and addressing issues, performing maintenance tasks, and ensuring all work meets industry standards and company policies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on HVAC systems, including heating and cooling units, air handlers, and ventilation systems
- Diagnose problems and troubleshoot issues with HVAC equipment
- Replace or repair defective equipment, components, and wiring
- Test electrical circuits and components using test equipment, such as voltmeters and oscilloscopes
- Provide exceptional customer service, communicating effectively with customers and team members
- Maintain accurate records of service work performed and materials used
- Participate in training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Certification or degree in HVAC, or at least three years of relevant experience in the field
- Proficient with troubleshooting and repairing HVAC systems
- Ability to read and interpret wiring schematics and diagrams
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Detail-oriented, with good record-keeping skills
- Ability to work flexible hours and perform on-call duties as needed
