Schar Heating & Cooling, Inc. is seeking an experienced HVAC Installer to join our dynamic team in Rittman, Ohio. We are a family-owned and operated business with over 30 years of experience in the heating and cooling industry. As an HVAC Installer, you will play a crucial role in our company's continued success. You will be responsible for performing installations and replacements of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems with our team of skilled professionals. You must be committed to excellence in all aspects of your work, including safety, quality, and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install new HVAC systems and equipment, including ductwork, thermostats, and other related components;
- Remove and replace old or faulty HVAC systems;
- Work collaboratively with our team of professionals to ensure all projects are completed on time and on budget;
- Diagnose and troubleshoot any issues that arise during the installation process;
-Maintain accurate records of all work completed.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in HVAC installation;
- Strong communication skills with an ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical customers;
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints and wiring diagrams;
- Knowledge of local building codes and safety regulations;
- A valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
