Job Description: HVAC Installer
Probst Ref Heating Electric, a reputable company located in Effingham Illinois, is seeking a skilled and ambitious HVAC Installer to join our team. As an HVAC Installer, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining HVAC systems and equipment for both residential and commercial clients.
Responsibilities:
- Install HVAC systems and equipment including ductwork, air conditioners, furnaces, and boilers.
- Properly diagnose and troubleshoot issues that arise with existing HVAC systems and equipment.
- Maintain and repair HVAC systems and equipment as needed.
- Ensure all work meets industry standards, local codes and regulations.
- Provide excellent customer service to both residential and commercial clientele.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Accurately document all work performed.
- Communicating with the customer regarding the status of the job.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in HVAC installation.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of local codes and regulations related to HVAC installation.
- Valid driver's license.
