Market price: $7,500 USDEst.

Job Summary:
GEN3 Electric & HVAC is seeking to hire an experienced HVAC Installer to join our growing team. As an HVAC Installer, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining HVAC systems in residential and commercial buildings. You will collaborate with other team members to ensure that all installations and repairs are completed in a timely, efficient and safe manner.

Responsibilities:
• Install, repair, and maintain HVAC systems including ductwork, air conditioning units, and heating systems.
• Troubleshoot and identify issues with HVAC systems and develop solutions.
• Follow installation instructions according to manufacturer specifications and local building codes.
• Consult with customers and provide recommendations on HVAC upgrades and replacements.
• Complete work orders and maintain accurate records of completed installations and repairs.
• Comply with all safety regulations and maintain a clean and organized work environment.

Qualifications:
• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent required.
• 2+ years of experience in HVAC installation and maintenance.
• EPA 608 Certification is required.
• Working knowledge of HVAC systems, installation techniques, and local and federal regulations.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
