Job Description

We are currently seeking a Housekeeping Assistant to join our team. As a Housekeeping Assistant, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our community. Your attention to detail and commitment to a clean and safe environment will contribute to our residents' well-being and satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

• Perform routine cleaning tasks, including dusting, mopping, sweeping, and vacuuming
• Clean and sanitize resident rooms, bathrooms, and common areas
• Ensure all areas are stocked with necessary supplies
• Assist with laundry and linen services
• Report any maintenance issues or safety concerns to the appropriate personnel
• Follow all cleaning procedures and infection control protocols

Qualifications:

• Prior housekeeping experience preferred
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent attention to detail
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
• Understanding of cleaning procedures and infection control
