Commercial Leasing Paralegal (REMOTE, Part-Time)

Description In NEW YORK, NY ( Fully Remote , PART-TIME Position): Our client - full-service real estate investment company specializing in the acquisition and development of healthcare, mixed-use, office, industrial, retail and residential properties - is searching for a Commercial Real Estate Paralegal to support their legal team on an ongoing, part-time contract/project basis. The ideal candidate for this role will bring true commercial leasing/paralegal experience, ideally with a mix of both in-house and law firm exposure . Responsibilities include a focus on lease abstracts and service contracts, with preparing closing checklists, reviewing title reports and other tasks also potentially involved. Position is part-time in nature (i.e. 20 hours per week), requiring business hour/EST availability (9-5).
