Job Description

We are currently seeking a dedicated and compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team at Centracare Health Monticello. As a CNA, you will play a critical role in delivering high-quality patient care and support under the supervision of registered nurses (RNs) and licensed practical nurses (LPNs).

Responsibilities include:

• Assisting patients with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Providing basic patient care, including feeding, positioning, and turning patients
• Monitoring and recording vital signs, including temperature, blood pressure, and pulse
• Assisting with mobility, transfers, and ambulation
• Ensuring cleanliness and organization of patient rooms
• Communicating effectively with patients, families, and the healthcare team

Requirements:

• Current certification as a Nursing Assistant in the state of Minnesota
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced healthcare environment
• Compassionate and patient-focused mindset
• Ability to prioritize and multitask
