Job Description: HVAC Service Technician
D & R Heating & Cooling is seeking a highly motivated and experienced HVAC Service Technician to join our growing company. As a HVAC Service Technician, you will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing HVAC systems, performing maintenance and installations, and ensuring our customers' satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and repair HVAC systems, including heating, air conditioning, and refrigeration systems
- Perform regular maintenance on HVAC systems
- Install new HVAC systems
- Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical systems
- Communicate with customers in a professional and friendly manner
- Maintain accurate records of all service and repair work
Requirements:
- HVAC certification and/or 2+ years of experience in HVAC service
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- A valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. and work in confined spaces
