Job Description: HVAC Service Technician
Curtis Heating and Cooling, Inc. is seeking to hire an experienced HVAC Service Technician to join our team in Harrison, Arkansas. As the trusted choice of former mechanical contractors and suppliers, we are committed to providing high-quality HVAC and plumbing services to residential and commercial customers across our service area.
As a HVAC Service Technician, you will be responsible for providing preventive maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs on a variety of HVAC systems. You will work with a team of dedicated professionals to ensure that our customers receive timely and effective solutions to their HVAC problems.
Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance on HVAC systems, including changing filters, cleaning coils, and checking refrigerant levels
- Diagnose and troubleshoot problems with HVAC systems, including refrigeration, heating, and ventilation systems
- Repair or replace faulty components, including compressors, motors, and controls
- Install new HVAC systems and ensure they are properly configured and connected
- Maintain accurate records of all service calls, including the nature of the problem, the work performed, and the parts used
- Provide exceptional customer service and communication with customers on the status of their HVAC systems
- Comply with all company safety policies and procedures
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 3+ years' experience as an HVAC Service Technician
- Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot a variety of HVAC systems
- Experience repairing and maintaining HVAC systems, including refrigeration, heating, and ventilation systems
- Familiarity with a variety of HVAC components, including compressors, motors, and controls
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
