This is a placement contract between you and the employer. If the employer hires a candidate you submit, you'll be paid the contract amount.
The payments begin when the candidate starts and are disbursed over time. The contract terms are:
Market price: $3,500 USDEst.
Payment schedule: Paid monthly over 4 months
Human Resources Director
The Human Resources Director at Hamilton Arms Center is responsible for coordinating the implementation of services, policies, and programs through the Human Resources department and other staff members. This position reports to the Nursing Home Administrator, with a dotted line to the Vice President of Human Resources, and serves on the location executive management team. The Human Resources Director also assists and advises company managers regarding various Human Resources issues.
Responsibilities:
- Recruiting and staffing
- Performance management and improvement systems
- Organization development and training in support of organizational directives
- Management of Employment and compliance/regulatory concerns
- Employee orientation, development, and training
- Policy implementation and education
- Employee relations, including direction of the employee engagement committee
- Location employee and community communication
- Compensation and benefits administration
- Employee safety, welfare, wellness, and health management, including management of location Workers Compensation and Unemployment programs
Education and Experience:
- Minimum of a bachelor's degree or equivalent in Human Resources, Business, or Organization Development preferred
- Ten (10) plus years of progressive leadership experience in Human Resources positions, preferably in a long-term care or hospital setting
- Broad knowledge and experience in employment law, compensation, organizational planning, organization development, employee relations, safety, and training and development
- Above average oral and written communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal and coaching skills

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
