Job Description:
As an HVAC Installer, you'll be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining heating and cooling systems in our customers' homes and businesses. You'll be working with a team of experts, using your experience and technical knowledge to ensure our customers receive the highest level of service possible. You'll also be responsible for collaborating with our sales team to ensure we provide our customers the right solutions based on their specific needs.

Responsibilities:
- Install, maintain, and repair heating and cooling systems including HVAC equipment and ductwork
- Collaborate with sales team to recommend and sell the right solutions to our clients
- Diagnose equipment problems and troubleshoot as needed
- Ensure proper safety and compliance with all industry standards
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all installations, repairs, and maintenance
- Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction

Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in HVAC installation
- High school diploma or equivalent required, trade school or formal training preferred
- Must possess a strong technical understanding of HVAC systems and installation processes
- Knowledge of industry safety procedures and regulations
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Must possess a valid driver's license and clear driving record
