Personal Care Aide - Church of God
Church of God Home is currently seeking a compassionate and dedicated Personal Care Aide to join our team. As a Personal Care Aide, you will be responsible for providing assistance with daily activities and personal care for our residents.
Responsibilities:
- Assisting residents with dressing, grooming, and personal hygiene
- Maintaining a clean and tidy living environment for residents
- Monitoring and reporting any changes in residents' health or behavior
- Assisting with meal preparation and feeding
- Providing companionship and emotional support to residents
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to remain calm and patient in stressful situations
- Understanding and supportive attitude towards older adults
