Benson Heights Rehabilitation Center, located in Kent, WA, is currently seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) for our NOC shift. As an RN at Benson Heights, you will have the opportunity to provide skilled nursing and behavioral healthcare services while assisting our patients in transitioning back into the community. Our facility is committed to delivering quality care, and we assign each patient a Care Manager to oversee their entire experience.

Responsibilities:

As an RN at Benson Heights Rehabilitation Center, your responsibilities will include:

• Providing skilled nursing care to patients
• Assisting with care planning and implementing individualized care plans
• Ensuring the safety and well-being of patients
• Monitoring and documenting patient progress
• Collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement patient care goals
• Assessing and responding to patient needs and concerns
• Administering medications and treatments as prescribed
• Assisting patients with activities of daily living
• Participating in patient and family education
• Coordinating and facilitating discharge planning

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate for the RN NOC-Registered Nurse position should meet the following requirements:

• Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Washington
• Ability to communicate effectively with patients, families, and interdisciplinary team members
• Experience in mental health is preferred
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent clinical and critical thinking skills
