The payments begin when the candidate starts and are disbursed over time. The contract terms are:
Market price: $1,200 USDEst.
Payment schedule: Paid monthly over 10 months
The Manchester Commons Of Presbyterian SeniorCare Network is currently hiring for the position of MyAgency CNA. We are looking for dedicated and skilled professionals who can provide compassionate care for older adults. This position is part of our healthcare staffing agency, MyAgency, which offers a flexible schedule and competitive rates.
About MyAgency:
MyAgency is a healthcare staffing agency created by Presbyterian SeniorCare Network. Our team members work exclusively at Presbyterian SeniorCare Network communities, allowing them to become familiar with our methods of delivering care. In exchange for a higher wage, MyAgency team members are required to work at all communities in either our Northern or Southern Network.
Northern Network:
Erie, Pa: Elmwood Gardens and Manchester Commons
Oil City, Pa: Oakwood Heights
New Wilmington, Pa: Shenango on the Green
Southern Network:
Verona, Pa: Longwood at Oakmont
Washington, Pa: Southmont, Southminster Place, and Woodside Place of Washington
Oakmont, Pa: The Willows, Westminster Place, and Woodside Place of Oakmont
MyAgency team members will be hired as Casual team members and will not have as much consistency or choice in their work schedule. However, if you decide to join our permanent staff, there will be no hassles about contracts and buyouts.

What we are looking for:
We are seeking CNAs who can support our residents' daily living needs, including personal hygiene assistance and vital sign monitoring. The requirements for this role are:
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Be able to effectively interact with residents, resident families, and team members
- Hold a CNA certificate in good standing with the Pennsylvania Department of Health Nurse Aide Registry
