As an established company with over 30 years of experience providing exceptional service in the Ottawa, Ohio area, we are seeking a skilled technician to help us continue to provide top-quality HVAC services to our customers.
As an HVAC Service Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining, repairing, and installing HVAC systems for a variety of clients. You will be the face of our company, interacting with customers, answering their questions, and making recommendations for optimal heating and cooling solutions. Your ability to troubleshoot, diagnose and repair complex equipment and systems will be crucial to your success in this role.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain, repair, and install HVAC systems
- Evaluate and troubleshoot systems to identify problems and provide solutions
- Provide exceptional customer service by interacting with clients and answering their questions
- Keep accurate and detailed records of all maintenance and repair work performed
- Make recommendations for new or replacement HVAC systems
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- HVAC certification or degree from a technical school
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in HVAC service and installation
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
