Job Description: HVAC Service Technician
Red Star Cooling and Heating, a reputable HVAC service provider, is seeking to fill the position of HVAC Service Technician at our Aubrey, Texas location. As an HVAC Service Technician with us, your primary responsibility will be to provide high-quality technical support to our clients addressing HVAC system issues.
We are looking for a skilled HVAC Technician who is passionate about delivering exceptional service to our clients, values safety, and has experience working with various HVAC system models.
Key Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot HVAC systems to diagnose issues and provide solutions
- Install and repair HVAC systems, including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, ventilators, and humidifiers
- Perform routine maintenance activities, including cleaning, changing filters, and testing systems
- Analyze system performance data and provide recommendations to improve efficiency and performance
- Maintain accurate records of work performed and parts used
- Provide exceptional customer service and communicate effectively with clients
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent
- Completion of an HVAC technical program or apprenticeship
- Valid driver’s license with reliable transportation
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Solid understanding of HVAC industry standards and regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a team environment
