Job Description
Location: Orem, Utah
Job Type: Full-Time (8:30 am - 5:30 pm) with an hour lunch
Base Pay: (DOE)
Quarterly Performance Bonuses
Benefits
- Prepare loan documents, book loans, and fund consumer and commercial loans.
- Order credit, title, flood, environmental, and other reporting needs for loan officers.
- Follow up with loan officers on missing loan documentation.
- Assure that all loan files are accurate, complete, and compliant with bank loan policy and regulatory agencies.
- Superior customer service skills to loan officers and other departments of the bank.
- Other side duties as assigned by the Loan Department Manager.

Minimum Qualifications
- Superior customer service skills
- Strong math, reading, Microsoft Office, and computer skills
- Take ownership of assigned duties
- Superior communication skills, both oral and written
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications & Experience
High school diploma or other formal education
Working in a team environment with problem-solving thinking
Banking, mortgage, or work experience in a professional office environment
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications
