Adecco is
seeking a highly skilled and professional Receptionist to join our team at our Fargo, ND location. As the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and team members, the Receptionist will play a key role in ensuring a welcoming and efficient environment. This position offers the opportunity to work closely with various teams across the organization and provide executive administrative support to senior leadership members. Work Hours:
8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday
Pay Rate:
$25 per hour
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the face of the company by greeting, welcoming, and directing visitors and guests with professionalism and warmth.
Manage all incoming calls, direct them to the appropriate department, and handle inquiries with exceptional communication skills.
Ensure a clean and organized reception area and lobby, contributing to a safe and welcoming environment.
Notify company personnel of visitor arrivals and issue visitor badges while following security protocols.
Assist with special projects, coordinate client visits, and plan leadership meetings, including booking rooms, catering, IT support, and other logistics.
Provide high-level administrative support to senior leadership, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and handling complex travel arrangements.
Process and reconcile purchasing accounts for office supplies and manage expense reports.
Contribute to team efforts by accomplishing related tasks and ensuring smooth daily operations.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
Strong communication skills to professionally greet and interact with guests and team members.
Ability to manage incoming calls and direct them efficiently.
Proven ability to multitask and manage multiple projects or tasks simultaneously.
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience, preferably in a Receptionist, Executive Assistant, or Client/Customer Service role.
Previous experience in a large corporate office or manufacturing environment is a plus.
Experience managing complex travel arrangements, scheduling domestic and international meetings, and handling executive administrative tasks.

Pay Details:
$25.00 per hour
