- Collaborate with team members to develop effective repair and maintenance plans.
- Provide excellent customer service, ensuring clear communication and professional conduct at all times.
- Proactively educate clients on proper system maintenance, energy-saving practices, and available service options.
- Maintain accurate records of service visits, completed repairs, and parts used.
- Stay up-to-date with industry best practices, technological advancements, and relevant certifications.
- Adhere to all safety guidelines and promote a safe working environment.

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or certification in HVAC systems is highly preferred.
- Proven experience as an HVAC Service Technician or a similar role.
- Outstanding mechanical and troubleshooting skills.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, including refrigeration, heating, ductwork, and electrical components.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints and technical manuals.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities, with the ability to think on your feet and adapt to changing circumstances.
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
